The Atlanta-based developer plans to convert roughly 8,000 square feet of existing retail space into two restaurants, according to a Wednesday presentation delivered to the BeltLine's Design Review Committee. The renovation will add large windows and an outdoor patio to the back of the building, as well as a refreshed breezeway leading into the mall.

The renovation will claim space most recently occupied by a laundromat and longtime gay bar The Hideaway, the latter of which closed earlier this year with plans to relocate.
