MEMBERSHIP ApplicationThe Piedmont Heights Civic Association is a non-profit organization designed to make our neighborhood a stronger, more vibrant community. Residential and Senior Residential memberships include our Security Patrol & Home Away services. Apartment Renter memberships have access to contact our Security Patrol liaison; however, their membership does not include the Home Away Watch service. See detailed list of benefits here. Combo MembershipsOur new COMBO Memberships allow you to combine a PHCA Membership with a tax-deductible donation to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation, the Piedmont Heights Community Improvement Foundation (PHCIF). If you're already a member, just email our Membership Chair to upgrade your Residential or Senior membership to a COMBO Membership. These are also available in monthly or annual subscriptions and include the Security Patrol & Home Away Watch benefit.
