Two Minit “Gorilla” Car Wash

This car wash began in 1954 with Howard Kinnon, who later sold the business to his employee Bobby Coleman, who then sold it to his son Paul, the current owner. George, the gorilla mascot, has been here since the late ‘70s and is much beloved by the community—far more than his predecessor, a creepy clown mannequin. He’s weathered a lot of storms and even survived a hot water heater explosion.
In November 2020, owner Paul Coleman passed away. We wish all the best for his family.
