    January 26 – Piedmont Heights Volunteering Info Session. This is a no-pressure-to-commit forum for learning about areas where Piedmont Heights could use some help.

    Short-Term Rental Legislation. We haven't heard any updates on the recent proposed legislation regarding short-term rentals, including AirBnb and VRBO, in Atlanta. What are your thoughts?

New art boxes, funds raised for our community Foundation, Luminarias Night for our Healthcare Heroes, BeltLine progress, neighborhood cleanup days, and more. So many reasons to celebrate and be thankful for our "Small Town in the Big City"—check out Piedmont Heights' year in review.

    BeltLine Update

    On December 8, the Atlanta BeltLine presented updates about the Northeast Trail section that runs through Piedmont Heights. Read the summary.


    NEW Short-Term Rental Legislation

    To replace the previous proposed legislation, there's a new proposal from Councilmembers Ide, Westmoreland, and more regarding short-term rentals (including VRBO, Airbnb) in Atlanta. Let us know what you think!

    The Mobile Voting Van will be in Piedmont Heights at the Morningside Baptist Church parking lot on December 23.

    Or you can vote early in person until December 30 at nearby places like the Ponce de Leon Library, Buckhead Library, Northside Library, High Museum or Art, State Farm Arena, and other locations. Here's the schedule. 

    Last day to vote is Tuesday, January 5. Double check your polling location and voting status on the My Georgia Voter page or on their mobile app.
