You are invited to join the Greater Piedmont Heights Business Alliance on February 20 to participate in our strategic planning session.
We are working with Jennifer Ohme of idealDESIGN,inc, who will facilitate the Commitment, Communication and Participation process for community stakeholders that develops the priorities, purpose, participation and desired goals for the Greater Piedmont Heights business community. Jennifer is currently consulting with the Old Fourth Ward Business Association and West Midtown Business Alliance implementing organizational structure and initiatives based on this process. What’s the product? From the Commitment, Communication and Participation process, a high level development plan will be presented at a follow up meeting in 30 days. This development plan is a road map, direction and projected timeline for development of Greater Piedmont Heights Business Alliance. Community stakeholders will be in attendance to review, update and choose the next steps.
What to expect: Two hours of dynamic discussions and written input based on key factors that make a successful business community. The CCP process will be customized for our neighborhood.
