The Beltline is coming. Are WE Ready?

We invite you to join the Greater Piedmont Heights Business Alliance for our Spring Meeting, to be held April 25 at Mason Fine Art in the nearby Armour Junction area.

To kick off our first meeting of 2018, we have an amazing lineup of leaders from the business and civic community:

  • Hank Farmer, Third & Urban
  • Jennifer Ide, Atlanta City Council Representative, District 6
  • Merritt Lancaster, Paces Properties
  • Jim LaVallee, EpiCity Real Estate Services
  • Beth McMillan, Atlanta BeltLine
  • Matt Rendle, Selig Enterprises (owner of Ansley Mall)

As the BeltLine progresses northward through Piedmont Heights up to Mayson Street in the Armour Junction industrial area, NOW is the time to explore the opportunities this connectivity will bring to businesses in Piedmont Heights, Armour-Ottley, Armour Junction, Cheshire Bridge, and other nearby communities.

Please join us as we talk about the future of Piedmont Heights and the surrounding areas:

  • BeltLine trail updates and the BeltLine Overlay District zoning regulations
  • How are retail businesses preparing for pedestrian traffic from the BeltLine – especially at the back door!
  • Exciting developments in the area, including the future of Ansley Mall, what’s new with Armour Junction and Armour Yards, goodbye InTown Suites, a new residential community from Hedgewood Homes, and more!

The Greater Piedmont Heights Business Alliance is committed to bringing our business community together as we strive to shape and benefit our collective future.

Free event, but please RSVP.

Thank you to Mason Fine Art for hosting this special event!
