Piedmont Rd. Construction

Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) has a two-year project about to begin on Piedmont Road at the intersection with Pelham in Piedmont Heights. Natural gas lines from the 1960s are being upgraded. Expect lane closures and delays.

Property Tax Assessments

You should have received your Property Tax Assessment from Fulton County by now. Note: The assessment is not a bill. The appeals deadline is August 5, 2021. Walter Hotz with BOE Tax Appeals has helped PHCA with our appeals in the past – give him a ring if you need help.
