At the last NPU-F meeting, neighbors voted to deny Portman's rezoning application and land use amendment (84 in favor, 282 against).

Next steps before heading to Atlanta City Council:

• Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Hearing - Wed., June 5
• Zoning Review Board (ZRB) Hearing - Thurs., June 13

Department of City Planning's Plan A, Round 2 Community Meetings

The Department of City Planning (DCP) has kicked off Phase 2 of Plan A with another series of community meetings in May and June. Your valuable input will help write the vision for an Atlanta you want to live, work and play in. DCP welcomes your input on topics including affordable housing, transportation, zoning, growth, preservation, and others at any time during the planning process. Following are the workshops for land use and neighborhoods planning elements that are closest to Morningside-Lenox Park:
