As a longtime neighbor, Kristen Pollock has had the opportunity to help families in our community find their perfect home – whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing, or upsizing to a space that better fits their needs.

"I understand that making a move can be stressful, and my goal in every transaction is to be present for my clients and to break down the process and make things as easy and seamless as possible all while helping them to achieve the greatest value from their home."

If making a move is one of your goals for 2023, reach out so that we can make a plan together. @kristenpollockatl  |  kristenpollock.com

Alcohol License Outcomes

Thanks to everyone who attended Wednesday's NPU-F meeting and voted on the alcohol license applications. Here's how your NPU-F neighbors voted:

  • Highness Cuisine, 2200 Cheshire Bridge Rd: The new business Highness Cuisine is located at the former GOAT Club location by the same owners (who also own Octopus Kitchen). The application is for a new business (restaurant) requesting an alcohol license to serve/sell liquor, beer, and wine for on-premise consumption. NPU-F neighbors voted to recommend denial of this license.

  • Hajime Japanese Ramen Bar, 2345 Cheshire Bridge Rd: A change of ownership at Hajime Ramen Bar, located in the Publix shopping center by the Tara Theatre. NPU-F neighbors voted to recommend approve this license.

Fairfield Residential Progress

FYI – The Fairfield Development at 1950 Piedmont Circle (former InTown Suites property) has been granted a Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance. Intermittently through October-ish, they'll be pouring concrete as early as 5:00 a.m.
