Trash & Recycling Updates
The normal pickup day on Monday, May 31, will be collected on Tuesday, June 1, because of Memorial Day. Weekly trash, recycling, AND yard trimmings resumes June 7!

PAD expands with ATL311
The Policing Alternatives & Diversion (PAD) Initiative works to reduce arrest and incarceration of people experiencing extreme poverty, problematic substance use, or mental health concerns. PAD's partnership with APD and PAD 311 Community Referral Services are now available for part of Piedmont Heights – Rock Springs Road and south of it, based on alignment with APD's zones. PiHi is split into APD's Zone 2 (north of Rock Springs Rd) and Zone 6 (Rock Springs Rd and south of it).
PAD is working towards city-wide coverage by summer 2021 for both services. Learn more
