2022 PHCA Cultivating Sponsor
As a longtime neighbor, Kristen Pollock has had the opportunity to help families in our community find their perfect home – whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing, or upsizing to a space that better fits their needs.
"I understand that making a move can be stressful, and my goal in every transaction is to be present for my clients and to break down the process and make things as easy and seamless as possible all while helping them to achieve the greatest value from their home."
If making a move is one of your goals for 2022, reach out so that we can make a plan together. @kristenpollockatl | kristenpollock.com

Heritage Prep is the only dual-covenant school in Atlanta with a Classical teaching approach. Their students span from pre-school through 9th grade at their Morningside Baptist and Rock Spring Presbyterian campuses. Heritage Prep continues to prove itself as a good neighbor within Piedmont Heights as they preserve two of our neighborhood historic churches, both with ample greenspace! ASW at The Battery
ASW Distillery just unveiled their Airstream bar at the Braves stadium! Lovingly called the Winstream, the Airstream bar sits on the Xfinity Rooftop terrace (open to the public; here's how to get there in the park) and provides fantastic views of the field. Go Braves and Go ASW!

School Rezoning Discussions
The recommendation is in from the superintendent! The proposal is to keep Piedmont Heights in the Morningside Elementary building. Also proposed is to make the Inman building a new school for K-5, which would include students from Sherwood Forest and Ansley Park. The vote is yet to come. See the interactive map.
