2022 PHCA Cultivating Sponsor

As a longtime neighbor, Kristen Pollock has had the opportunity to help families in our community find their perfect home – whether they are first-time buyers, downsizing, or upsizing to a space that better fits their needs.

"I understand that making a move can be stressful, and my goal in every transaction is to be present for my clients and to break down the process and make things as easy and seamless as possible all while helping them to achieve the greatest value from their home."

If making a move is one of your goals for 2022, reach out so that we can make a plan together. @kristenpollockatl  |  kristenpollock.com

While residents are not allowed to comment during the LRB meetings, they can view the meeting on Ch. 26 on TV.

Alcohol License Updates

Thanks to everyone who attended Monday's NPU-F meeting where Club Platinum made their appearance. Residents overwhelmingly voted not to approve their license. It moves on to the License Review Board (LRB) probably on May 3 where, as we've seen, anything can happen.

Allure was on this week's LRB meeting, but they voted to "Hold" the application until the May 3 LRB meeting.

Cheshire Bridge Update

At our April PHCA meeting, Councilmember Wan had an update: The RFP process is almost final, so the rebuild should begin soon and is expected to be completed by October 31, 2022. More

It's time to start feeling better – today!

Building Community Street by Street

So many PiHi streets have come up with different ways to get to know their closest neighbors even better!

A few ideas for you to consider – let us know if we can help you get started by providing some resources!

  • Host a happy hour for your street – maybe even combine with a donation drive for a good cause (Rockridge Place!)
  • Create printed street directories with a quick questionnaire (Pelham!)
  • Set up an email group just for neighbors on your street (Flagler!)
  • Stay connected with a Facebook group for your street (Wimbledon!)
