PiHi Street Captains – Does Your Block Have a Street Captain?
PHCA's Street Captains (also known as "Ambassadors") are gracious volunteers who help PHCA distribute flyers and door hangers, as well as let us know when we have new neighbors to welcome with our New Homeowner Welcome Gift Bags. They help us stay informed about potential safety issues, and much more. We're looking for volunteers to help with these streets currently missing a Street Captain.
